Welcome to Sherburn Together Support Hub CIC
Sherburn Together is a volunteer‑led community hub created to support families in Sherburn in Elmet and the surrounding villages. We provide a warm, non‑judgemental space where parents and carers can connect, share experiences, and feel understood. Whether your child is neurodiverse, awaiting assessment, has additional needs, or you’re simply looking for a supportive community, you’re welcome here.
Our aim is simple: to reduce isolation, listen to what local families say they need, and shape meaningful support, activities, and opportunities that make everyday life a little easier. Everything we do is rooted in kindness, inclusion, and genuine community connection.
What We Offer
Regular drop‑in sessions for parents and carers
A calm, welcoming group to talk openly
Peer support from people who “get it”
Signposting to local services and resources
Wellbeing activities and practical help
Community events shaped by your feedback
Our Vision
A community where every family feels seen, supported, and connected, with no labels, no judgement, and no need for a diagnosis to belong.
